Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the 933bd platform in any capacity — including browsing game listings, placing wagers, depositing funds, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the registered account holder or visitor) and 933bd. They govern your entire relationship with the platform.

1.3 933bd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at 933bd.io/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4 These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with 933bd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility Requirements

2.1 The 933bd platform is strictly for use by individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 933bd conducts age and identity verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

2.2 The platform is intended for use by residents and players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 933bd complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 933bd makes no representations regarding the legality of online betting or casino gaming in any specific location.

2.3 The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account at 933bd:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from 933bd or who are subject to an active exclusion period;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of 933bd or its software and payment partners, and their immediate family members;
• Persons accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Any individual acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one active account on 933bd at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 933bd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 933bd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4 If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 933bd support immediately via the live chat service.

3.5 Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be required at any stage. Accepted documents for KYC purposes include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals at 933bd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied by 933bd on deposits or withdrawals made via supported BDT payment channels.

4.2 Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and selected card networks including Visa and Mastercard. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

4.3 The minimum deposit amount at 933bd is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods. 933bd does not impose a maximum deposit limit; standard limits set by the relevant payment network apply.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.

4.5 933bd reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may take between 1 and 5 business days to process depending on the payment method selected, though most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within 60 minutes under normal operating conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 From time to time, 933bd offers bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account.

5.3 Free bet credits may be used on sports betting markets only. Casino games, live dealer games, and virtual sports do not contribute to free bet wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

5.6 Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once will forfeit all bonus funds and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

Betting Rules

6.1 All sports bets placed at 933bd are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, league, or competition. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

6.2 Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless explicitly accepted as in-play wagers by the 933bd system. In-play betting availability is displayed in real time on the platform.

6.3 933bd reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time prior to the conclusion of the relevant event. This includes markets suspended due to breaking news, suspected match irregularities, or technical reasons.

6.4 In the event that an error results in incorrect odds being displayed, 933bd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account balance.

6.5 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport category. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting market prior to bet placement. 933bd is not obligated to pay out amounts in excess of the stated maximum.

6.6 For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — all bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Matches abandoned due to weather without a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result will be voided and stakes refunded.

Casino Game Rules

7.1 All casino games available on the 933bd platform — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published return-to-player (RTP) percentage and random number generator (RNG) certified rules.

7.2 In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result. 933bd is not responsible for any loss of potential winnings arising from connection interruptions on the player's end.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the 933bd platform or its proprietary software.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 933bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player's identity or age cannot be verified to 933bd's satisfaction;
• Suspicious transaction activity is detected on the account;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player;
• The player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

9.2 Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within 10 business days.

9.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 933bd support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 933bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player — for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

13.3 933bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

14.3 If a player does not agree with a material amendment to these Terms, their sole remedy is to close their account in accordance with Section 9.3. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and the general terms applicable to the platform's operational jurisdiction.

15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, casino game, or transaction, the player must submit a formal complaint to 933bd support within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be investigated.

15.3 933bd will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days. Where an investigation requires more time, 933bd will notify the player of the extended timeline and the reason for the delay.

15.4 933bd's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding. Players who remain dissatisfied following the conclusion of the internal complaints process may seek recourse through independent dispute resolution channels, details of which will be provided upon request from the 933bd support team.
